I wouldn't say that. A coworker was trying to watch the game on his phone and did some checking around and found the power was reported to be down. That could very well be weather related, could it not?
Here's what I just found:
NFL updates for Raiders vs. Chargers
(All times Eastern)

8:42 p.m.: The game will now start at 8:50 p.m. ET, ESPN reports.

8:36 p.m.: And now the Chargers are coming out. Surprisingly, more cheers for the Raiders and boos for the home team.

8:35 p.m.: The Raiders have come back out onto the field.

8:30 p.m.: ESPN reports "a power issue" in SoFi Stadium as a result of lightning strikes.

8:20 p.m.:
According to the ESPN telecast, the game will be delayed till 8:55 p.m. ET.

8:18 p.m.:
The game is delayed indefinitely.

yes, I'm 40 minutes from SoFi. We experienced a sort of rare lightning storm, maybe 24 hours. It was incredible! The storm system expanded pretty far (from northern L.A. county, going down into San Diego county). Some of the most spectacular lightning you would ever see here. Standard rule is to delay [any] stadium-based game
