Bill - it might be a sign. The pond gods are telling you to look into the pipe that works on that new engine of yours. They do like a different setup to what you've been running in the past. Start a new post on it! The gods will smile upon you and grant you more horsepower! :lol: :lol: :lol:

OK guys,

same friend wants to know lengths of the 45 engines, (including collet / flex hex /whateveryoucallit) Particularly the current performing engines.

Anyone able to give some measurements?

I am not designing a boat or building one - I know it sounds like I am but I'm not!!!! It really is for someone else!

Suuuuure, Tim, it's your story, tell it any way that you want to! :lol:

I just measured the length on my MAC .45 with an Octura collet at 5-3/4" not including the carb.
