O.K., I'm feeling cheap. I have a couple "small" Don Ferrette needle bases, but none of the "large" ones. Is there any chance a "small" base with the fine O.S. needle work on a CMB .67 Green Head running 50% nitro on a 1/8 scale? Thanks!

Anyone know the Modulus of Elasticity for carbon fiber sheet? I would be interested to compare stiffness to the common metals used for turn fins.

I don't remember, so I would need to check. But, they are from McMaster-Carr. I just look to find a size that fits the tub side thickness and then use what ever size screws that fit the grommets well. I think these are 10-32 or maybe 8-32 with brass sleeve inserts (made from K&S tubing) to...
