One week from tonight and I will begin my pre race routine of strict vegan diet, yoga, bourban, and smooth breathing with repaeted mantra (jai-ya) for relaxation. Must remain focused on finishing heats and keeping hands and knees steady. I have heard that Nails has his A hydro dialed in. I cant wait.[/quote

Is there now scheduled open water on Tuesday? If so, where/when will the list of classes and times be published?

3M radio box tape (da good stuff!) will be available like we had at last Hobart event. Still at the bargain price of $10 a roll cash only.

Paul just boarded his flight from LAX to O'Hare, he arrives in Richmond at 8 tonight. Mt. Vernon will never be the same once the Aussie hits town..............
