Terry, sorry to see you go. However, sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do. I had to sell out all my stuff in 07' and my girlfriend at the time (who is now my wife) said "dont worry, you will have it all again, but they will be bigger, faster and better than before" Well, she was right.
