They fit well on tunnels. A small will fit a 3.5 . I would go with a medium on a 7.5 or bigger just to make sure you can cover your power head and pipe.

The covers do not repel water. Their sole purpose is to protect the paint job and keep the boats radio box cool cool while at the race. A small will work fine on a 3.5 tunnell. It will cover the boat and power head.
