You figure out how big of a corner you want and how wide of a front strait. now glue one ball on the rope this is the shore, the next ball is the first buoy say 150' out. now how wide of a corner you want 40' now put 3 more balls on 10',20',30',40' that is the rope setup.

Now on the shore measure the course and mark with poles. straits then three poles at each end. Run the string out with the boat and use the balls as your guide for setting the buoys,
