Rossi .21 pipe vintage and strange

I bought this .21 pipe from ebay because it came with a K&B header. Don't need the pipe.
Pipe came in a rossi bag. I put the tap in the pipe and it's just as it should be tight/secure.
Marine, heli, on road, buggy, vintage I guess.
Perfect for a sport 20 hydro I assume.

Yep... hence perfect for the sport 20 hydro class "Side exhaust" Oh wait my bad, I forgot the IMPBA sport 20 hydro class is really a .21 non ringed, rear exhaust boat that requires a 13 inch tuned pipe.

i.e Someone with a real sport 20 might need the pipe. Thank you tho.
