Just got back from Alaska Model Boat Club Sunday evening fun run. Rods new rigger hit 104 MPH with no run off to mention. Good Job Rod!!

Here is a link to some video we shot

Todays High Temp 44 degrees, Low 32 degrees(Charlie took digital water temp readings)

Clear & Sunny, Snow in the mountains.

Enjoy

I think he's running a CMB 91, he just picked the rigger up here on IW.

What a nice buy.

Was that Phil's from St. Louis?
Yes, looks like Phil's 45 SGX with 91 HR for power.
With a turn fin!
...and only 45% nitro, swinging a FULL blade 2170. I wonder if that engine has even blown a plug yet? Phil ran the same plug for 3 gallons of fuel, from break in to the day he shipped to Rod.
Yep, Great Boat. I had some decent weather the last time I ran it, and with the SAW Sponsons it hit 108 mph. I did however have a cold seize ( not sure why ) and Rod just put in a new piston and liner. He should really make some great Power in that cool weather!

Congratulations!!

That was the cheapest membership to the 100MPH Club!

Now, take the turn fin off........
