Below are pictures of my two propeller milling fixtures. The first cuts the pitch on the blade and the second cuts the blade shape. I'll have a full explanation of how they work in the second part of the Props articles in the NAMBA Propwash. The first is a modified helical gear cutting fixture and the second rotates the prop to cut a radius shaped leading edge.

So essentially you could make your own props with these?...It would be great if you would also put up a video of them in use.

The way I make things with manual machines they would be way too expensive. Sure, you can make props, but you need to know what you really want. For most racers, there are more than enough castings out there that make a great starting point. These are for some experimental propellers. I'll probably machine wax to use as patterns for cast props.
