PAINT FOR 2002 MISS ELAM PLUS ?

HEY SCALE GUYS,

I am looking for paint color or paint code for my elam plus (2002)

also need to know who makes it (ppg,sikens,ect..)

This would be the bright orange and white.

question 2 is.. where is the best place to get decales for it
