need some help or you know..fininishing my dumas paynpak, os21fsr,mac's tune piper and header, pharther prop,215 balance grim's cowl , and the soild dumas driveshaft ok my questions

one or two starter belts?

i need a slanted tank?

do you need to open the cowl to let the engine breath?

the only thing not enclosed is a little header and the rear end?

do you mount the servo/rudder/hitec hs645mg, upright or on its side?

sorry but got the boat in an white imrom want to test run first before i put on the flames...

I'd finish painting before the test run ??? Why give yourself all the hassle of having to meticulously clean the boat again for fear of a paint defect from oil or dirt..

Why 2 starter belts? 1 should be fine. The only time I've seen 2 belt's in 1 boat was in a twin! ;)

Slanted tank? - Just get one from Grim - they are awesome.

Open the cowl to breathe if you are concerned about it, but keep the vents small and not in a position where it will injest water.

Servo upright or on it's side - depends on space and linkages - I prefer to mount them on their sides so that the circuit board in the servo is vertical (water will run off it!) but it is not always possible.

Hope this helps.
