I've never seen a .67 with that type of cooling ring on it.. are you sure it's not a .60 or .65 ops gold head ?

Did someone modify the case to fit that ring on it ?

Can you post a picture of the crank and sleeve?

Frank, it seems you know more about this engine than I do. It has a gold 'finned' head. So it could be a .60 or .65. I made a guess. I think I better update the description. I'll get a picture of the crank and sleeve. :)

the insides...

That’s a really old OPS 65. Frank, a 67 P/S will drop right in. Those engines ran ok but they put heavy flywheels on them because the crank was not balanced. They only made a 65 with a cooling ring. The 60’s had a water cool head as does the 67’s.
This is a pic of an engine that I run in my scale boat currently. It’s a 65 case with the water cooled jacket, a 67 P/S, 67 crank (balanced) , 67 flywheel and 67/80 water cooled head. I was having a heating problem in my scale so instead of chopping the cowl up, I use both the water cooled case and head. Runs awesome!

Thanks Chris, that's a good idea for an enclosed scale motor. I still need to build a motor for my Scale, so this case might work..

I'm not going to part out a NIB .65 just for the case.
My .65 pictured above confirms the case for sale is in fact a .65 case.

As far as the other parts and condition it's a crapshoot... I'm not really sure what the rotor housing is... may be a picco ?

Dave, I have no idea what to offer for this, give me an idea of what you are needing for it..

$5 and shipping is fine. I just don't want to toss it out if someone can use these parts.
