I stand to be corrected. The brass tube slides over the stinger so that the muffler is a snug fit. The inside dimensions of the pipe and stinger have not be altered.

What is the stinger i.d. & o.d. on #3?

Stinger i.d. is .375 and o.d. is .500 on #3.
Stinger I.d. is .375 and o.d. Is .600 on #4. (Shim inside of stinger)
