Roger,

I am confused. The 21/45 units picture shows a steel collet and the description notes a brass collet. Which one is correct? Hopefully the steel one is correct.

The outer pieces are made of stainless steel. For the 21/45 size, the inner piece is made of brass. For the larger size, 67/90, all pieces are made of stainless steel.

These items are machined in a USA factory that produces machined products for the aerospace industry. They produce parts for Boeing, Raytheon, Lockheed Martin, and A/A engines. Tolerances are kept very tight.

There is a large inventory. While these cable nuts were produced to support the A/A engines, they will also fit several other engines.

Hello John,

Thank you for the feedback. It is valuable. As a dealer, your feedback is vital. Most people, when not satisfied, simply walk away and never return... and worst yet, complain to others at the same time, Providing no opportunity for a manufacturer or dealer to improve or know exactly what successes to repeat. Although, even the most constructive criticism is sometimes hard to swallow, it is wise to gain what one can from it to improve. I have reworded the description with the hope of making it a bit more clear for your understanding as well as those that follow. Thanks again for your input.
