need help w/Crazy Al's clear coat

A friend asked me to clear coat his boat for him using Crazy Al's clear coat. I myself always use Deltron PPG. Since I've never used this stuff before and my buddy doesn't have the directions can anyone tell me the mixing ratio?? Here is what I have:

1 part A clear, 1 Part B Hardener, 1 part reducer.

My friend said that the reducer is what you also use to clean your spray gun with because this stuff is ultra protective?? Okay guys, let me know how to mix this stuff right so I can paint ASAP.

Throw it away and use the PPG.
