NAMBA rules at the Nats

I have received a few calls regarding what rules guidelines we will be using at the 2005 NAMBA Nats. Pure and simple, we will be using the NAMBA rulebook as written. I recognize that most, if not all, of the districts adapt some of the rules to fit their needs, but this is a national event and the rulebook is the best guide that is common to everyone and that can work, regardless of where you call home.
