New format, many typos and dead references corrected. Still a few corrections to go.

NAMBA FE Rule Section as of 01-06
The entire rulebook will soon wear the new look you'll see in the FE rules. It's designed to make upgrades and changes easier to incorporate. It's a work in progress and hard copies will be mailed to all members as soon as it's done.
No one knows exactly when that mailing might take place.
Hold the flames. I just posted it and had little to do with content corrections and nothing to do with design of the new format.
