Like to know what is best set up for FE for a 1/8th Hydro Budweiser type of boats?

Is a Lehner 3060 and Schulze 40-160 be okay for a 60mph+ sport running?

A 3060 is a lot of motor for an 1/8th scale. Since they pull alot of amps 2P (extra weight) is recommended. I prefer to keep it lighter with a 10s1p set up (plett 370/a1). It's easier to turn a lighter hull opposed to a 20 pounder. Others use a neu 1527. 60 mph is not exactly sport running. Most competitive heat racing hulls are in the 55-60mph mark. IMO the 3060 is a little too much motor for your application.

Thanks, Alan, for the info.
