mac .67 needle valve

I have a new mac .67 that I bought 6 yeary ago for a scale hydro. I am just now getting around to finishing the boat. I was looking at the motor and it does not have a needle valve or any other adjustment on the carb. What would be a good choice for a needle valve? should it have came with one?
