Guys,
Anyone have a 10Deg CMD billet header for a 91/101RS style motor they are willing to part with?

Thx,
-Tyler
We need someone to build several, Those Tiny Orings on the stock header are a great way to burn down a engine. Gabe at Stump Fab knows there is a need. That does not mean he is going to build some?

One thing that helps is to use two springs on the header to stop it from moving around as much . The edge of the exhaust spigot on the engine is really too short and will chafe the o rings quickly if the header is allowed to move around .

Put up the same post in Nov...There out there.....getting some to part with them...WHOLE DIFFERENT BALL GAME!!

That and making sure the exhaust snout is smooth with no sharp edges. I also use Viton o-rings.

I made my own headers look at the difference in tube size in the last picture

I took the same style header for a 67-80 oringed version and stuck it in my lathe. Cut the inside of the leadin up to accept a modern rubber seal

Yeah you are right joe I am taking those and drilling them out and cutting the tube off and and tig welding a new correct size tube on there and they will come with a new high temperature grommet thanks

Now you say that..Have 4 of them.... to small for the 101...HAD is operative word.
