k&b start then stull

hey all iam trying 2 get my mate 3.5 k&b going but every time it starts it just revs then stulls and wen i not trying 2 start it the fule just gose back into the tank and i cant see any leaking fule any help would be grate

Has this engine ever run??

If you have another K&B carb, try switching out the carb.

Remove the needle-valve and pump fuel through the intake to make sure there's nothing in the carb.

thanks jd i tryed that didnt work but i fixed it

the fule tank was presherised from the crank and it wasnt working so i blocked that and put it 2 the pipe works grate now thanks

FYI Crank case pressure is needed when you run an exhaust throthle. If you are running a normal carb than pipe pressure is the way to go.

na man i didnt i took them out they looked like new the boat starts right away and dont stull unless u want it 2 i just dont think the bolts were done up tight oval round has been moved 2 next week end cya then laters dion
