Isn't a tunnel a cat? My understanding is that a a 26cc gas tunnel is also a LSG27 Catamaran?

Question is, is a Cat a tunnel? Would a 36" Sprint Cat with a 7.5 outboard be allowed in D Tunnel, which implies D Outboard Tunnel?

The reason I ask is the electric classes are called P-Limited OPC, where OPC stands for Outboard Powered Catamaran.
