I did go with the better Heavier Tees, the Jerzees ones. The art work was applied with the Silk Screening process and ran through an oven right after each color and each Logo was applied then back again for the second color. It seems that the shirt has to be run for every Logo twice as its a 2 color shirt. Some of the Logos have the color of the shirt coming through for a 3 color effect too. The Chest, the Sleeve and the Back all have to be run through twice, baked twice too for the 2 color effect. It did cost a little more but it was worth it, I think they turned out well.
