How do I???? on a K&B 7.5

How do I remove the flywheel (?) (starter cone) on a 7.5 K&B OB

I pulled the bolt out of the top and it doesn't want to slide off. I don't want to hurt the motor by doing something dumb.

Screw the bolt back into the crack until about 1/4" extends from the flywheel.

Place the bottom edge of the flywheel on a vice for support and tap the bolt a few times. That should break it loose.
