I think it is, He used to race a twin 40 roadrunner, same colors as this one years ago, I saw him in Jacksonville Illinois in 1997, back when the district championship was there. At the time the boat had twin Picco 45s in it. Is it possible that its the same boat with new engines? I like the cowl on the boat.
