Help needed first electric build

Hi guys, I've been doing a lot of reading and I'm just wanting to know what people would recommend as a motor, esc and battery combo for a htb290. The ul1 gear seems to be popular. Any help would be much appreciated.

There's a great thread about this pinned at the top of the Outboard forum called " How to get in to FE tunnel the right way". Great info there.

I went with the UL-1 package and have been very happy with it. Lynx,UL-1 motor and speed control, O.S. lower and M445 prop.

Yep as Mke said. Start with a 42x55 then move up from there
