Header for Picco Allows Exit Thru Transom

Are there any headers available that fit a Picco 67 EXR that will allow the pipe to exit thru the transom of a scale? I've got the 12 degrees Picco header but even the angle on it seems to be causing the header to be under stress so I'm not sure if it's creating a leak.

On a related topic are there any sources / replacements for the exhaust gaskets?

I've got the 12 degrees Picco header but even the angle on it seems to be causing the header to be under stress cbm headers seem to work and rubber rings do to with a little help.You can turn your header to the best spot and redrill the spring holes. I do have a few picco headers if you want them......Mikey

I had the same situation with the MAC in the 84' Squire. I had a used header that I experimented with. I sweated it loose with a small propane torch and brazed it back together at the correct angle with some aluminum brazing rod. Here's a pic...

Gary Jensen make 5 degree headers in SST. Turn than upside down and it might give you the angle you need to the transom.

Gary's headers are 5 degree's from side to side. 0 degree's up and down. They are made to go out the transom.
