GoPro HERO2 Video

I mounted a GoPro HERO2 camera on my JD WOF 30 Tunnel Hull /K&B 3.5 SS Hit number five buoy launched the boat about two feet and rolled.The GPS max speed was 39 MPH on that run.

Too bad you hit the bout, but a nice and good quality video.

Its very clear to see that the outboard engine is not making a very large movement to go around the corner. I thought it would be more steering angle.

Cool video. Thanks for posting! On the forward facing shot, notice the spray coming up over the deck from inside the sponson in the turns only? I never knew out tunnels did that in a turn...... I do now!

Nice video. Its cool to see the bouys so close to the boat.

We will be shooting onboard and helicopter cam video again at the Mt. Vernon, IL race on July 7-8.

Jeff, I had spoke to Greg Hahn years ago about shooting a heli cam vid of the scale race at Hobart. Would be a cool deal if you could pull it off at any race. B)
