Thanks guys. Shoe goo came to mind when i was thinking about it but just wanted to make sure. Will the nitro not hurt this glue?

ive had great luck with 100% clear silicone...scrarchin up and cleaning the tanks is key to any method..

I've used the shoe glue, and if nitro sits on it for a while it will degrade.

best I found so far on plastic to plastic tanks is PC-7

Where would one find PC-7? What is it? Approx how much?
It would be found at local hardware stores, used for plumbing as a watertight epoxy.

When used on a plastic tanks, both surfaces should be rough sanded, then applied.

Maybe $10 per 1/4 pint size

I have used GOOP (Shoe Goo). and silicone. The best thing that has worked for me is of course cleaning and scuffing up both tanks. Then using epoxy to glue them together. Been holding for last 3/4 of a summer and still stong!
