Glow Plug Failure

A customer told me that he received some glow plugs that had loose posts. If you receive any glow plugs from me that aren't right, please send them back to me and I will replace them for you.

Make sure question which one if coil burn out ( pull out or lean) or coil fail welding on ground ( viberation) or O seal pressure coil leak ( overheat) means : doesn’t matter ? Let me know thanks
