Thinking of buying a new gas cat. I have been running a Sprint Cat for years but it is to touchy in the turns. What is the beat choice?

My boating buddy has a Sprint Cat that I might be picking up by the end of the month and it handles great, very smooth in the turns.

I've got an F-41 and it's not bad when it's set up correctly, it just took me a while to find the sweet spot.

Before I got that I was also looking at the R-42 but the discussion on where to place the strut, either off the transom as usual or under the hull turned me off to it. I saw one of the first hulls run and it seemed fine with the normal setup.

Octavio's CP Kat looks interesting although it seems to ride nose-high on plane which I guess is the right way it runs at speed.

I don't know, I'm a mono guy, but I would check out the Insane cat. There's a lot of them running around the LA area. A lot of F41's too.
