Well did we make a decision yet on which day or if at all?

Right now only four classes have made it

After a lengthy discussion with the club officers we have decided that it doesn't make sense at this point to have this race this year unfortunately. Due to the low number of entrants it just doesn't make sense to hold this race. All money will be refunded to all entrants.

Hopefully we will see everyone next year for a bigger and better Herb Stewart Memorial Race!!

If you have no received a refund for your race entry please list your full name, paypal email address and the amount that we owe you, so that we may refund your money. We are having issues with our paypal and several payments are missing names etc who the payments are for and Gene is having a difficult time refunding money.

If you would rather PM this info to me you may do that as well. I would like to refund everyone's money by end of next week so please if we have not refunded your money, please please let us know.
