error sending p/m's?

I just tried to reply to a p/m & got this-

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /index.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Apache/1.3.34 Server at www.intlwaters.com Port 80

Was fine earlier this morning. Anyone else getting this error message?? :blink:

By popular request, you've been silenced wrt PMs! :lol: Just kidding. It's working ok for me, I just replied to one of yours. Perhaps try signing off and/or closing your browser, clearing the cache, etc.

Did you get that Forbidden message when you PMed me?

I get that message every time I use the word "Lynx" and only that word.

I found if put it in "quotes" it goes right through.

As a matter of fact ..... yes. Gee, I didn't know that "Lynx" has some hidden meaning. It even did it in this reply until I added quotations.

I have the same problem, in fact I cannot use it between the " " signs either,
