This will be a good tuning race for the Gas Nats coming up in September. This club has lots of Gas Classes and Nitro classes and they all get along fine no squabbling over gas versus nitro. Check out the clubs web page at :

See you at the races this is another permannet site of IMPBA District Five with a dry launch area and rasied drivers and judges stand. Only time you might get your feet wet is if you decide to go slap them in the Mississippi MUD. It's a Southern thing!

Just to keep everyone informed Saturday night after dinner there will be a District Five town hall meeting to answer question anyone has concerning IMPBA and rule changes or any thing else pertaining to the IMPBA and Model boating. Everyone is welcomed. You provide the beer it is one beer per question! :lol:

I just got this e-mail from Steve Leslie of the MS club hosting this race sounds like we get get some good food here also besides good racing.

I just talked to Mrs.Ruth Watson at the park regarding Saturday night. She is planning on doing a fish-fry buffet dinner at the dinning hall. She said it would run about $6.50 per head including drink and all the fixin"s. She would like to start serving between 7:00- 7:30, with our district meeting held following our meal.

Please send out an e-mail to district 5 members and ask them to support this MEAL since the park is cooking for us. Saturday nights people seem to like to cook-out but we need to support the park when they cook for our benefit.
