District 4 Championship September 2nd and 3rd

The ILLINI club is hosting the District 4 Championship race this year. Our pond is at the Chicago Land speedway. the pond is a full 1/3 mile course it's long wide and deep. The classes will be B-stock outboard,

B-modified outboard

B-Mono,B-Hydro, D-outboard, D-mono, D-hydro, E/F Outboard, E/F-Mono, E/F Hydro, Sport 20, Sport 40,

1/8 Scale and Concourse, Open Offshore, Open gas. The race will be a two day race with 3 rounds the first and 2 the second. Everyone is welcome. Check out the race flyer http://www.impba.net/showflyer.php

So how does the red roof look for the best motel? Im thinking Ill stay there. It is in the same area as the motel 6 an motel 8. It is west on I80 from Rt 53 about 3miles at larkin ave IL 7.

The red roof is a nice place. decent location. and if you feel like gambeling after word's the Empires casino is about 3 miles from there. or the Harris is in down town Joliet.

Empress casinos has a RV park. $24.00 a day with hook ups. Also camp sites. Not to far from race track. No kids under 21. Just big kids! ph# 815 744 9400.

Glad your coming down, You'll like the pond. No, you can leave the props on. a lot of tough competition in OB tunnel here.
