Dampening engine vidration

Hi all,

what is a good way to isolate an octura mount in 5 in rails. I have read that the large k&b engines benefit from a cradle style mount and I was wondering how to dampen the engine vibrations with in the existing mount rails. The boat is an old fiberglass mono-hull that has plywood uprights glassed into the hull at 5 inches apart?

2 alu angles on 1/2" silentblocks (two per side) , one angle bolted to the engine ,the other towards the build-in stringers.

Fill the gap between the cradle and the stringers with block of wood.
