I don't know the details of the Perry pump. The kit engines use a Zenoah pull start and externally are very much like the old engine. Here is an e-mail from Mitch at Quickdraw:

Right now, no dealer has the latest kits. We still have a few more parts to run for them. The only dealers that have them on order so far are Hanson and Bonzi. You are welcome to buy the kit or a completed engine directly from Quickdraw if you want. We charge $850 for a complete engine. If you are comfortable with one of the other dealers assemblying your engine, they are usually in the $730 to $750 range from them. As soon as I have more time I will post the differences between the newest kit and what most of you have now.

Does anyone know the standard ignition map for the zehoah ignition system. I believe it starts at 20 degrees advance and then starts a linear retardation, but not sure where it goes exactly.
