i need a little help with my cmb .45. i cannot get the needle setting right. does anyone know what the factory setting are or a good starting point ? thankyou for your time.

Neil, try starting with the needle abot 3 to 3-1/2 turns out from the bottom. Watch the exhaust if it doesn't fire up to see how much fuel is coming out. Adjust the carb while you are cranking it if you can it if needs to be richened or leaned out. Don't run your starter too long though, they are made for only short bursts, usually up to 15 seconds. I've used this method for engines or remote needle valves that I didn't have any instructions for.
