I'm wondering what carb options I may have for my lil .12 JAP NR.
Rod G had suggested I bring my .250 stock carb over to him to tweak, and mentioned that something closer to .280 ID bore would be an improvement. Then he had some medical issues to deal with, and I'm not sure how he's feeling at this point.
For fun I threw on my RodG .295 bore black carb... but I lost the ability to mill slowly, or even drive it any slower than maybe 3/4 throttle, so back on goes my stock carb.
Before IW changed looks, I had a saved PM on a guy who had a OS .18 TZ carb for sale , and he said the ID bore was .270 (and was debating buying it) but now I've lost all my old PM's. So I'm wondering what carbs have a bore of @ .280?
