At what percentage out?

I was wondering what at what percentage of the diameter are people taking there pitch number measurements for 2 3 and 4 blade props? I hear 70% alot doesnt it change based on the number of blades . Like isnt 66/67 percent out better for a 3 blade?

I check every where from the root out to the tip. When blades have been twisted during pitching up or pitching down, a correction should be made at the blades root. Each individual pitch will have a different helical angle at the blades root.
