Racine Plastics, Racine, WI (262-639-2456) Geoff Bergauer is the contact with them.

If I find the name of the guy in Columbus, OH I used to buy from, I'll post that later.

I tend to like the business attitude of Mercury a bit more than that of Racine. Either one, tell them Chuck Thomas of PCTEL (pc-tel) recommended them to you.
