I will post pictures & explanations of tools required; fixtures used; materials used; & weights of connecting rod parts. These connecting rods have been throughly tested at HP's greater than 7 & rpm's of 35,000. Oil contents of 6% to 8% were used in all tests at full throttle operation. Test runs were 2 minutes in duration. No rod failures were encountered & wear characteristics were extremely good. :) :)

This is the second post I have seen from you that you are posting photos of things. Where are you posting them? Can you give us a URL where we can see them. THanks

I was thinking the very same thing. A sleeve for a blue head 45 is what I need the most.

:) I don't think Jimmy will build parts for anyone, but if he did .........$$$$

Jimmy is just here freely sharing a small dab of his tremendous amount of knowlege with his fellow boaters.

Jimmy's boating experience dates back to the 1960's where he learned some things from the MASTER himself, Ed Kalfus!

When I get on the phone with Jim, I'm all ears.

Thanks for sharing Jim!! :)
