hey guys! i have a maus scorpion, runnin picco 45 power with andy b parabolic set at 10 1/2" 45% nitro, problem: with the enclosed cowling i have to use 1/2"copper to get the exhaust out the back of the boat, gettin alot of heat, smokin couplers, plugs once in awhile, i drilled the stinger out etc, wonder if the copper (4 inch piece) restricts the pipe and creates the heat, ok, who if any makes super long quiet pipes for spt 40? sick of fightin the pipe, the heat, and the noise when i run an unmuffled pipe, any help is appreciated thanks

try an ops 60 nitro pipe has larger volume that will help the picco breathe

and add on a muffler and that should be long enough to get out therear of the cowl and you'll have less noise. :D

On the Picco 45 the best pipe was the Mack's Products 10cc airplane pipe. It comes in a longer muffled version too. Set it around 10" and it will run like crazy.
