First off Thanks To everyone,

I have finished 40 of 250 and seems to gone off well.

I felt Octura and others made the drive dogs many thousands to big.

After doing my own test I found the tolerance of the inside diameter contributing to a unbalance.

I made a 316 SS single set screw with a tight fit for balance that fit the shafts of many manufactures as Hughey,SST and Speed Master.

This will fit other Flex Shaft Manufactures but only if you installed from the cable end, Because of the shaft threading.

After checking many Props I have increased the tang thickness and length by a few thousands.

These comes with a single flat point set screw.

I will be doing 2 set screw after I finish the remainder of these.

Available on the website for a limited time 3/16" Shaft x 3/8" diameter at $3.60, $3.90 after that.

Nice looking part but I think I would have made the thru hole .188 or .1885.

.192 could throw the shaft out of balance.
