Up for sale is an unfinished project. This is a Velasco 1/8th scale hydroplane. Can be made into a number of different jones hulls. I was in the process of building the 1984 Island Security Systems with it. Boat comes with a cowling (that is fitted but not finished), rear deck piece, wings (need assembling), 30 photos of the Island Security Systems. I did put some carbon fiber in the interior of the hull to help strengthen the engine well. I am asking $350 plus shipping. Paypal only.
