Maybe fill a syringe with alcohol and rinse out the the crack a few times to get out material that didnt cure? I have epoxy that is more than 2 years old and it works fine if the stuff in teh cup didnt cure either mayby you mixed it wrong, you said you have done this before and it worked so...

If my thinking is right No it will not run in that configuration you will need to change the crank. By rotating the venturi to the 12oclock position you also either increased or retarded (depending on what way you turned it from) the intake timing by 90* :rolleyes:
