    epoxy choices

Congrats on your new project Bill. It sounds like a fun one! :) Use West Systems 205 "Fast Hardener" when piecing your wood boat together. I would only use the West Systems 206 "Slow Hardener" if you are wetting a large area all-at-once, such as is done when making an all-fiberglass hull...

    Engine Questions

Another good way to figure out what engine to run is to go to a race with a local club and join that club - if there is one available where you are. Look around and ask people in the club what most people are running. This will lead you in the right direction, as club members are a wealth of...

    What Happend to Don Mock??

He's still racing in R/CU, though only attending a few races a year as he is now focusing on his guitar playing work. He still has his Atlas and only sold one of his backup boats to David I'm sure.

    94' Budweiser Pics Needed

The small white "fins" on top of the canopy & cowl are antenna for the driver to communicate to the guys in the pits.... for the big boat anyway. Since they were on the big boat, we put them on our scales as well. Good luck with your project! 1/8th scale hydroplanes are great fun!

Sorry Al, but Bill runs the '72 Notre Dame, which is NOT a round nose boat... So there still isn't any hope for you. :D

    Tune pipe

Rubber hose or coupler material works. I've also used a Toyota PCV valve grommet before.

Wanted - New RPM Rod For Picco 67/80 EXR

I might have one, David. However it's out of the package and I'm not sure how to determine if it's for the Picco or not. I'm about 90% sure it is. Does that help? There must be a measurement I can take to let you if it is indeed for the Picco. Do you know how I can make sure?
