Can anyone tell me who I should speak with to join the Delmarva boat club. Went to the gravel pit today (Saturday) but no one was there. Race must have been canceled. Any help would be appreciated. andrew

JD The miss vegas looks awsome. I'm patiently waiting for my order from late Feb. to come through--it will be worth the wait. Any chance that you and Grim would put a kit together to convert Miss Vegas to .21 engine size like the tank, motor mount etc. as needed? Just a thought for us folks...

Brian That would be great since there are a lot of 5 liters out there if you want a totally different paint scheme then the traditional sponsors ie Bud etc. Cheers, Andrew

Try 400 to 600 wet paper, big increase speed, less drag through water. 104753[/snapback] I remember reading about putting graphite in your paint for the bottom of the hull and wet sanding everytime you launched the boat. This was is in 1979--anyone tried this? Cheers Andrew

The prop blade should enter the water just after TDC, meaning the piston has fired as opposed to the prop blade entering the water at the bottom of the piston stroke. You will be amazed at the performance increase of this little trick. Cheers, Andrew
