I am 67 here. I think that it is appropriate to post this here. My sister sent it to me.

IF MY BODY WERE A CAR

This is just too funny-scary how true it is.

If my body were a car, this is the time that I would be thinking about trading it in for a new model.

I have bumps and dents and scratches in my finish and my paint job is getting a little dull..

But that is not the worse of it.

My headlights are out of focus, and it is especially hard to see things up close.

My traction is not as graceful as it once was.

I slip and slide and bump into things even in the best of weather.

My whitewalls are stained with varicous veins.

It takes me hours to reach my maximum speed.

My fuel rate burns inefficiently.

But here is the worst of it.

Almost everytime that I cough, sneeze or sputter.......either my radiator leaks or my exhaust backfires.

That's Classic, every once in while you need to drink a can of the old Bar's All (Rabbit Sh*t) to stop the wet backfires. :lol: :lol: ....==={}

58 in a few months and I still don't know what I want to be when I grow up. I agree with my 88 year old (and still going strong) mom; "You are only as old as you feel".

Speaking of dating yourself, the Old Man sent me to the hardware store with the vacuum tubes from the Philco TV to have them tested. If we painted the apartment, kid here's a jar go buy 5 cents worth of paint thinner. I also built a Heathkit for a project in the 8th grade. I could tell you stories. :rolleyes: ...==={}
